Amazing salmon log

 

Water crackers or Jatz to serve

250g Philly cheese, softened

2 cups finely grated tasty cheese

½ cupvery finely sliced celery

250g red or pink salmon – drained and deboned

3 x 75g packets flaked almonds

Pinch curry powder

Mix cream and tasty cheese to smooth mix. Add salmon and celery. Mix until smooth and form a shape. Roll in flaked almonds. Serve with shredded lettuce
