Baileys dip for fruit

Baileys

4 tbsp brown sugar

300ml sour cream

Place brown sugar in a bowl and add enough Baileys liquor to make a runny paste. Add sour cream and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours preferably overnight. Serve with banana, strawberries or any fruit.

This dip is also beautiful with butterscotch schnapps instead of baileys.
