If there is one thing that kids love, it is chocolate. A lot of different recipes have been tried and tested, some so sweet you won't get that craving again for a while - yet this is one that is easy for to make and a hit with the kids. My little cooking buddy Matt just loves the fudgy texture and crisp coat.
1 1/2 cups Nutella
2 eggs (70g each)
1/2 cup plain flour
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Coat a slice tray (8x8 inch) with cooking spray lightly.
In a large bowl, place all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Pour into tray and smooth top.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Do not over-bake as brownie will become dry. Cool before cutting into serving pieces.
