Cheffie Salad

Serves 2

1/4 cos lettuce

1/4 coral lettuce

6 cherry tomatoes

1/4 Lebanese cucumber

2 sprigs watercress

150g chicken, cheese and ham - all cut in thin strips

500ml French dressing

Break the lettuce into bite sized pieces, wash and drain in a colander.

Slice the tomatoes in half and store.

Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out seeds. Cut into this slices (half moons).

Toss all together with julienne chicken, ham, cheese and French dressing. Serve on a plate.

Garnish with julienne pieces and watercress.
